Assistant Manager (Jewellery), Leicester
Full-time: 40hrs, 5 days Per week including Saturdays – No Sundays (except during December or for occasional events)
Location: 25 Loseby Lane, Leicester LE1 5DR
Leicesters’ luxury diamond boutique is currently seeking applications for a full time Assistant Manager.
- The candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in the jewellery trade and possess a strong desire to learn and grow within this vibrant and growing family business.
- Outgoing and confident, you will have a natural ability to connect with all types of people; customer service is paramount in our business and personality is key!
- You should be highly organised, with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication (minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English & Maths).
- You should be reliable and dedicated.
- A genuine interest in the luxury jewellery sector is crucial. There’s a lot to learn about our products and way of working.
- Excellent long term career prospects for the right candidate.
- Existing Jet1 Qualification highly desirable, further training opportunities are available in this position.
- The role will be to assist the shop manager and to run the shop floor in the managers’ absence including all aspects of sales, organisation, client and staff management whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the shop.
